Another year has begun for North Shore Needle Arts Guild, and plans are already in the works for some exciting and intriguing events. Some of those events will be held in person, some online, and some events will be invitations from other needle arts organizations. Not all of these events will be open to the public which is just another reason to consider becoming a member of our group.
You can see here that our boutique has been busy sorting, organizing and packaging some delightful little kits and “new to you” items, just in time for our Stitch-In meetings. Come visit, bring along a work in progress, and view some of the new additions. The boutique may just have the item you have been looking for but had trouble finding.
Our program coordinator, Anni, has received an invitation from the Embroiderer’s Guild United Kingdom to a online talk about the Red Dress Embroidery Project. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this project you may read about it here. The talk by Kristie McLeod will take place on September 16, 2025 at 7:00 GMT.
