I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent allowed by law, the officers of the North Shore Needle Arts Guild from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, payments, liabilities, judgments and expenses (including court-ordered legal fees) arising out of or resulting from acts or omissions in the performance of their duties. I am over the age of 18 and have read and understood this agreement. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.

Membership Fees are $90/year due September 1st of each year. For new members only, a 50% reduced rate ($45) is available commencing February 1st for the balance of the fiscal year.
